RLSS UK Lifeguard Assessments

Service Description

Our Lifeguard Assessments encompass a rigorous evaluation process that includes both theoretical knowledge and hands-on proficiency. Participants will navigate a multiple-choice question paper, ensuring a solid foundation in first aid, CPR, and injury treatment. This is followed by a practical assessment, where swimming capabilities and rescue techniques are put to the test. By successfully completing these assessments, lifeguards demonstrate their compliance with RLSS UK guidance, establishing them as leaders in water safety and emergency response. Please note that clients are required to have access to their own facility, including a swimming pool for NPLQ or an appropriate body of water for OWL, for the assessments.
